The company is primarily engaged in the processing of poultry. It is involved in slaughtering poultry and small game and/or preparing processed poultry and small game meat and meat byproducts. It was incorporated in August of 1990. The company has a registered office located in Cuacos de Yuste in Cáceres, Spain. The company has a modern feed mill dedicated to consumption. The feed mill was completed in 2012. It has more than 100 integrated poultry professionals and a processing plant that supplies production to VMR Group.
